  • 1.How do I place an order at the Kids around e-shop?

    Placing an order is easy and can be done in several ways: - Search for an item by name or reference in the search bar - Browse the catalogue and discover our collections - Check out our featured looks and inspirations in our dedicated section Click on the item you’d like to purchase, choose your favourite colour and size, then click "Add to basket". To finalise your order, click on the basket icon [icon] at the top right of your screen and follow the 4-step ordering process. You will need to either log in or register for a new account. Once these actions have been completed, you will receive an order confirmation and summary by email.
  • 2.How do I know if my order was successful?

    Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail summarising your order information.
  • 3.Can I change my order after it’s been confirmed?

    Your order cannot be changed once it’s been confirmed. You can, however, return your order free of charge if a product does not suit you.
  • 4.How do I know if an item is available?

    There are two ways in which we inform you of lack of availability in our catalogue: - if all sizes of an article are out of stock, a "Not Available" thumbnail will appear on the product image in the catalogue - if only certain sizes are out of stock, you won't be able to select them when adding them to your basket If, in a rare occurrence, a product were to be out of stock after you have already placed an order, you will be notified by email. The product in question will not be charged to you or debited from your account.
  • 5.Can I have an order gift wrapped?

    Yes, Kids around will gift wrap your order in an elegant box along with a card displaying any message you like. Simply choose the option "Gift box and Message card" in your basket. You will be charged €4.90 for this service.
  • 6.What payment methods are available?

    Payment can be made by credit card: Visa, MasterCard and Carte Bleue or by PayPal.
  • 7.Are my online payments secure?

    Your purchases on kidsaround.com are entirely safe. Payments are handled by our online payment specialist, Be2Bill. Kids around has no access to your banking data, which is transmitted in encrypted form. We have also opted for SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all of your browsing on our site and ensure the confidentiality of all sensitive data related to your personal and payment info.
  • 8.What if my online payment is declined?

    If your online payment is declined, we first recommend that you double-check the bank information you’ve entered and try again. If the problem persists, we suggest that you contact your bank to help resolve the situation. If you do not receive a satisfactory response from your bank, please contact our Customer Service Team.
  • 9.What shipping methods do you use? How long will it take?

    Kids around ships to mainland France, Corsica and Monaco. You may receive and sign for your delivery at home or have it shipped to a post office or La Poste partner retailer within 2 to 3 working days* (from monday to friday) of confirming your order. Kids around provides free shipping on orders from €100. For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of €5.90 for home deliveries and €3.90 for deliveries to a partner retailer or post office will be charged. * delivery time guaranteed in mainland France only (Colissimo Terms and Conditions)
  • 10.Can I track my order?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email for your order as soon as it is handed over to the carrier. This email will indicate the products being shipped, as well as your package's tracking number so that you can track your delivery at www.colissimo.fr. You can also track your order by logging into your account on the Kids around website.
  • 11.What happens if Colissimo delivers the parcel when I'm not there?

    If no one is at the provided address when Colissimo attempts to make the delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox and your parcel will be available for collection from a post office for 15 days. If you cannot pick up the parcel within 15 days of the date the delivery notice was left, the parcel will be returned to us. You will then need to place a new order if you want to receive the products in question.
  • 12.What is your returns policy?

    In order to obtain a refund on a returned item, you must make a request to return your article within 14 days of receiving your order. The article must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by any accessories (bag, extra gift, box, etc.).
  • 13.How do I return a product?

    It couldn’t be easier to return a product! Just follow these 5 steps: - Sign in to your account - In the "My Account/My Returns" section, select the order and then the items you wish to return and click "Request return" - Then print the returns form and the pre-paid return label - Pack the products to be returned, put the returns form into the parcel and then paste the return label on the parcel - Leave your parcel at the post office, in your mailbox, or with a partner retailer, according to Colissimo’s instructions You will be refunded the product price and any delivery costs within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.
  • 14.What should I do if a product is damaged in shipping or isn’t the product I ordered?

    If any of the goods received are damaged or do not correspond with the order you placed, you can return the item in question free of charge by following the return procedure, stating clearly the reason for your return. You will then be refunded for the product price and any delivery costs within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.
  • 15.If I’m eligible for a refund, when will I receive it?

    Refunds are made within 15 days of our receipt of your returned product. You will then receive an email informing you that the refund has been made. Under no circumstances will Kids around credit any bank card other than the one used to place the order.
  • 16.Do I have to create an account in order to place an order?

    Yes, you need to create a free account before you can place an order. This will give you access to all information relating to your purchases and allow you to save time on your next order. The information you enter when creating your account is required in order to process your orders and will never be disclosed to third parties.
  • 17.I forgot my password, what do I do?

    Just click "Forgot password" on our login page. A new password will be sent to your account’s email address. Don't forget to change your password in "My dashboard".
  • 18.Is my personal data safe with you?

    Your personal data, such as your address and phone number, is needed in order to process your orders. Unless we are given your explicit agreement, it will never be passed on to other companies. In accordance with the Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés of 6 January 1978), you have the right to access, modify or object to any data pertaining to you.   • 19.Can I buy Kids around gift cards?

    Like Kids around and want to give your friends and family free choice over our range of products? Kids around has gift cards for all budgets; they remain valid for one year. The lucky recipients will receive their gift cards by email, and can use them to pay for orders of their choosing at the kidsaround.com e-shop. We advise that you make sure they have successfully received the email, as it could land in a spam folder.
  • 20.How do I open a New Baby List and add articles?

    You can create a New Baby List by clicking on the "New Baby List" icon [icon] at the top of your screen. In order to view the list the next time you visit the site, you will need to log in or create a new account. Want to add items to your List? It couldn’t be easier! Simply click on the New Baby List icon on the product pages you’re interested in. You can always add new items to your New Baby List or remove any you don’t want anymore.
  • 21.How do I share my New Baby List with family and friends?

    Once your New Baby List is complete, you can distribute it to your loved ones by email or on Facebook, using the list management section. A small accompanying note will be added to your message inviting your friends and family to come see your New Baby List.
  • 22.When and how are my gifts delivered?

    Whenever a friend or family member orders an item on your New Baby List and their payment is confirmed, the items are marked as unavailable for purchase on your New Baby List. The items are then shipped under the same conditions as any other order placed on the Kids around website. The shipping address is at the discretion of the buyer, who may decide to receive the order themselves, or have it sent it to the address you provided when creating your New Baby List.
  • 23.How do I gift an item from a New Baby List?

    You can access a New Baby List in one of two ways: either right on the Kids around website by searching for a list, or using the invitation email you have been sent. You then simply go to the "New Baby List" section and click on "Make a gift". Then select one or more products from the New Baby List and finalise your order. You can choose to have the order delivered directly to the address provided for the New Baby List, or to your own home.
  • 24.How does the Wish List work?

    You can create a Wish List by clicking on the icon at the top of your screen. In order to view the list the next time you visit the site, you will need to login or create a new account. Please note, items placed in your Wish List are not reserved!
